Happy Rapture
1:30PM May 21. 2011 - My wife and I were out doing our walk around Rockland Lake State Park when we came across these folks. It took a little convincing to pose them but they figured no-one was going to be around to see the images. I just hope they're wrong and we can enjoy this for years to come.
BTW-today was the first real summer day we've had. My wife's face is all red and I've got a sunburn on the back of my neck. Of course, none of this will be a problem tomorrow...
UPDATE: at about 6:15 we had a torrential rain squall pass through and then there was a rainbow. Since this spot is only a little more than a mile away I drove back to re-shoot with (hopefully) the rainbow and better fill-flash but they were GONE, camper and all!

Another Walk - Another Few Frames
Another walk around Rockland Lake. Today the thermometer was straining to reach 60 degrees, a warning of the season to come. I almost turned back because of the cold and being rather tired but instead I forced my self to put in the milage. Soon I'll have to exercise indoors. But that's a worry for another day.
